Rakesh Aggarwal, Chairman - A serial entrepreneur, Aggarwal has been involved as an angel investor in several start-ups and has business interests in media and entertainment, IT, healthcare, architectural ceramics and other industries. A career banker, he was attached to Citibank in India, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Singapore for 15 years and 7 years with Union Bank of Switzerland, Singapore as Chairman of East Asia Credit Committee. Aggarwal was the Senior Advisor to an Infrastructure Fund sponsored by the Prudential Insurance Company of America as well as the Director of SET Singapore and several other companies. One of his many adventures in India would include Fitch Ratings India Private Limited, the only independent rating agency in India that was co-founded through a joint venture with Duff & Phelps Credit Rating of Chicago.

Jagdeep Kairon (CISSP, CISM, CFE), Chief Executive Officer / Founder - A former military Special Forces officer, Kairon is responsible for the strategic direction, growth and management of the company. His vision is to build NSS to be a recognized leader in Information Risk Management, IT Solutions and Application Development in the Security Arena. Kairon has been working in the security environment for 18 years and is a seasoned technology executive with strong operational and security related skills. He has a proven track record through his leadership, vision and understanding of strategic market issues.

Scott Graham (CPP, CFE), Director / Co-Founder - Graham is a specialist in Technical Surveillance, Countermeasures and Physical Protection Services. Graham moved to India in 1997 as Country Manager of a leading Asian Risk Management firm, before founding NSS with Kairon in 2001. He has worked extensively in securing the assets of multinationals and local companies across South Asia and the Middle East. Graham has an extensive security background, first as a pilot with the RAF, and then as an officer with the Royal Hong Kong Police.

Major General Manmohan Bhatia, Country Head India, Based in Delhi - Major General Bhatia has extensive qualifications in telecommunications. He is a postgraduate in Defense Studies and the IETE & National Telematics Forum, India. In his last assignment with the Indian Army, he headed the Information Security and Signals Intelligence Directorate. Major General Bhatia is an acknowledged expert in the field of Telecommunication and Wireless Security. He advises NSS on strategic operational policies and sensitive Government projects.

Rajendra Dave (CISSP), Chief Operating Officer - Rajendra Dave has synergized the company's unique service offerings to enable NSS occupy a leadership position in Information Risk Management in the region. An MBA in Operations Management and a Batch in Engineering, Dave has security consulting experience with Government and corporate clients across Asia and the USA. Dave is a Gold Medalist from the Indian Military Academy. His Army Specialization is Bomb Disposal, NBC Protection and Disaster Management that facilitates an innate understanding of strategic security for organizations. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Lead Auditor for ISO 27001.

Anurana Saluja (CISSP, CISM), Head of Operations Malaysia - As Head of Operations, Saluja has initiated service offerings for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Offshore Development Centers, making NSS the most preferred security partner for Macs with operations in India and Asia Pac rim. With 15 distinguished years in the Indian Air Force, during which he was decorated for gallantry, Saluja has a vast experience in Disaster Management and Risk Mitigation. He is a prolific writer with award winning essays on the subject of Cyber Security and Knowledge Management for organizations. He also mentors Business Continuity Planning & Disaster Recovery (BCP & DR) for NSS.

Inder Raj Bhalla ( ISO 27001), Head - Middle East and North Africa - Inder a post graduate in Systems Management , has over 20 years of diverse work experience specializing in sales,alliances as well as operations. A qualified ISO 27001, he is equipped with over 10 years experience in “Information Risk Management”. A professional with proven track record, he is currently based in Dubai heading Middle East and North Africa.

Samir Khare, Head of Operations, India - Khare, a former officer of the Indian Army’s elite airborne forces is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy, Khadakvasla and the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He is a post graduate in Weapon Systems development and employment. He heads the India operations at Network Security Solutions (NSS) and is a qualified ISO 27001:2005 Implementer. Khare has over 20 years of experience related to Information Security and Disaster Management.

Maneesh Chandra (CISA, ISO27001 Lead Auditor), Territory Head, Brunei and East Malaysia - A MBA in Operations Management, at NSS; Maneesh is responsible for all operations in Brunei and East Malaysia. An alumnus of the National Defence Academy, Maneesh was a former engineer from the Indian Army. During his tenure with the army, he specialises in the detection and neutralisation of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), Disaster Management and Operations Continuity Planning. He has over nineteen years of experience in Information Security in multifarious assignments and his skills have been utilised in both operations as well as training. Maneesh has been instrumental in one of the key projects of NSS, which is the setting up of Indian National Computer Emergency Response Team, the Indian CERT. He is a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CCNA and MCSE and a member of ISACA and the Institute of Engineers.

Muslim Koser (CISSP, ISO 27001), General Manager, Security Practice - Muslim is a seasoned Information Security professional with a Master in Electronics and Communications. Muslim brings with him years of experience in Information Security, Network Infrastructure Planning and specially adept at Design, Implementation and Management of secured network infrastructure. In NSS, he plays pivotal role in Information Security Consulting Practice. Muslim was involved in the creation, implementation and knowledge transfer for a national CERT project, which include setting up different teams of Help Desk, Triage, Incident Response and Managed Security Services. He also has a wealth of experience in Risk Management and conducting audits & implementation of industry standards such as ISO27001 and VISA PCI. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ISO 27001 Implementer, CCIE (Qual), CCNA, MCSE & CNE.

1. Software Engineer - J2ME

(To be based in Penang, Malaysia)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, at least 1 year in development work with J2ME (MIDP 2.0, WMA API, PUSH API).
• Core fundamentals in object oriented programming, threading concepts, data structure and files, mobile development tools and OOP designs.
  
• Exposure to Software Design Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Completed (end-to-end) at least 3 project cycles with a team of 4 or more developers, preferably mobile banking applications, messaging systems, e-commerce site/application, or portal development.
• Must possess good command of both written and spoken English.
  
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, creative, resourceful and a good team player.
  

Experience in the following areas will be an advantage:

• Good understanding on HTTP, HTTPS, XML
  
• Mobile messaging framework and protocols
• Familiarity with JSR's
• Domain/understanding of Public Key Infrastructure(PKI)
• Priority will be given to candidates with past experience developing cell phone applications, games or engines

2. Security Tester/Penetration Tester
